Help needed on correct Tire Rotation

The Service Dept. of the dealer in Waukasha, Wisconsin stated that the recommended order of tire rotation for an LR4 is side to side. Can anyone verify that this is correct?

I was given the same info by the dealer in Huntington, NY.

Will not work if you have Directional Tires on...
